About Held Performance

Held was built by a sports nutritionist with 24 years working at the highest levels of athletic performance — Olympic medalists, world record holders, and national champions in swimming.

Having competed as a swimmer at the international level for over 20 years — World Championship finalist, World Cup medalist, and multiple national record holder — the founder understands what elite performance demands from the inside.

After decades on both sides of the equation, the same problem kept appearing: supplements that looked premium but weren't built with real rigor. Opaque formulas, unverified claims, products that wouldn't pass the standards of elite sport.

Held was built to change that. Every formula is third-party tested. Every claim is backed by the same standards the founder applied throughout her career.
